The Terrorist

Description

Taken hostage in her own home by a pair of Muslim terrorists, an elderly authoress, her niece, and her publisher's nephew must outwith the extremists in order to escape with their lives!

Bulent Yaman, otherwise known as Saladin the Butcher (his latest terrorist act was the killing of an American peace envoy in Athens), finds his brother, Halik, on the small Aegean island of Cesme. Halik is working for a rich, elderly and widowed author, Grace Carlino, and her niece, Jane Travis. Bulent promises the two women the same treatment he gave the American envoy unless they agree to hide him from the authorities.

An elderly writer, her niece, and her publisher's nephew are trapped in the writer's house by two Muslim terrorists and must outsmart the dangerous men to survive and get away safely.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
