The Visions Of Sir Philip Sidney

Description

A soldier who fought in the Zulu War returns to 1800s London and starts to worry he's losing his mind when he sees passengers on a train that other people can't see.

Sir Philip Sidney, a war hero, has experienced three very strange encounters with persons who may or may not truly exist. His “visions” are gradually becoming very much like his wife, best friend and house guest. Are they real, or is the shock brought on by his trauma from the war returning?

A Zulu War veteran in 19th century London begins to think he is suffering from delusions when he starts seeing people on a train that no one else seems to notice.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
