Description
A blonde woman sees a dangerous criminal break out of a high-security jail and murder a guard. When the killer tries to eliminate her as a witness, she talks him into letting her come with him as his partner instead.
Lisa has inadvertently walked in on escaped convict Ray Bardon as he robs and murders a young gas station attendant. In what should be a method of saving herself, she offers to protect him through police barricades and road blocks to find freedom. But why is Lisa so intent upon saving this ruthless murderer? A secret from Lisa’s past keeps her and Bardon alive—for now.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
