Description
Lisa Bissonette, just married, meets the lady next door, Clarice Wenderby, a woman of 38. Lisa’s husband, Ray, also meets her. But this time she’s Clarissa, 38, beautiful and beguiling. Clarice urges Lisa to move away Clarissa urges Ray to take her out. The Bissonettes have their first marital spat, which can be resolved only if they see Clarice and Clarissa together—but for some reason they never are.
A husband and wife move in next door to a weird house with a mysterious woman living there. The wife thinks the neighbor is a weak old woman, but the husband sees her as a gorgeous temptress, and their different opinions about her threaten to destroy their marriage.
The relationship of a married couple is tested when they transfer next to a strange house and its mysterious resident. The wife sees her as a frail old lady, while her husband sees a beautiful temptress and their clashing views put a strain on their marriage.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
