This Deadly Fraternity
Description
A series of mysterious deaths occur on the Hell week anniversary of a college fraternity. Despite orders from his boss to attend the reunion, a young executive is reluctant to attend as his past activities as a frat member continue to torment him years later.
A young businessman doesn't want to go to his old college fraternity's reunion because he's still haunted by what he did as a member years ago. Strange deaths start happening during the anniversary of Hell week, but his boss tells him he has to attend anyway.
Harry Clark reluctantly returns to his alma mater under pressure from a very important fellow alumni: his boss. There he meets classmate and fraternity brother Buck Stanley, who shares Clark’s queasiness about the campus: Both were present during the Tau Alpha Gamma initiation that years earlier killed pledge Phil Fowler. Every other brother who participated in that fatal ceremony—except Harry and Buck—has died mysteriously on an anniversary of Fowler’s death, and the next October 15 is coming up soon.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
