Description
Patricia Ellicott gets sent to cover a UFO story in Universe Hollow, hoping to win back her reputation by proving the townspeople are wrong. But old ghosts from her past make her look at her life differently, and she has to make a tough decision.
In order to regain her lost credibility, Patricia Ellicott attempts to discredit the people of Universe Hollow when she is assigned to cover a U.F.O. sighting in the town. Phantoms in her past force her to take stock of her life and she must make a difficult choice.
Correspondent Sheila Rogan was at the top of her profession when her Pulitzer Prize–winning book was discovered to be based on lies. She hopes her report on a group that claims to communicate with other planets will serve to polish her tarnished reputation, only to find a disturbing credibility to that band’s claims.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
