Description
In a battle to win the soul of a real estate investor, an angel and demon take on earthly bodies. The succubus seduces him in the form of his secretary, while the angel charms him as his headstrong corporate lawyer.
Junius K. Barley makes his living by inserting small-print items in legal agreements that people don’t read carefully and pay dearly for later. But what he makes from this kind of skullduggery is peanuts to what he is offered by a very beautiful woman who realizes what Barley could do in the big time if given the opportunity. But first, she says, he must divorce his wife. Though a plain-Jane type, Mrs. Barley is not one to back away from this kind of competition.
An angel and a demon fight over a property businessman's soul by becoming human. The demon becomes his assistant to tempt him, while the angel becomes his tough lawyer to guide him toward good.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
