When the Death Bell Tolls
Description
A man meets a life threatening accident and is sent to the operating room. But his family doesn't want the life-saving operation to happen as he was completely wicked and evil.
A high-speed collision with a stone wall leaves Laura Trent dead in a smashed car and the life of her husband Dana hanging by a thread. Doctors at a nearby hospital decide he needs a vital operation and seek permission from his daughter, Olivia. Trent's mother-in-law, Mrs. Harcourt Stanton, informs them that Olivia is underage and only she can sign the release, which she refuses to do, declaring that she will kill Trent anyway if they save his life.
A man gets badly hurt in a dangerous accident and needs emergency surgery. However, his family refuses to let doctors save his life because he was a terrible and cruel person.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
