Description
Ken Carpenter runs the show, bringing music and laughs to the soldiers. Dick Haymes and "Four Hits and a Miss" sing "Oh Buttermilk Sky" for the 62nd Field Hospital. Helen Forrest performs a song for Seaman Al Winkler. The Saul Davis Trio plays "On the Sunny Side of the Street." The funny parts include Ken's jokes and Peter Lynn Hayes telling stories about regular life back home. The program wraps up by saying thanks to the AFRS.
