Description
Joan Blondell puts on an entertainment show for American soldiers. Martha Tilton sings "Taking a Chance on Love" while Dick Powell does a mix of popular songs. Virginia O'Brien makes her number funny. Judy Canova teams up with the Sportsman Quartet for "Idaho." The comedy bits include Rochester joking around with Blondell and Canova telling stories about her Southern family. Blondell wraps up by thanking the troops and asking them to send in their favorite song picks.
