Description
In the town of Deadwood, reporter J.B. Kendall befriends miners Frank and Charlie, who strike gold. Frank's dreams are dashed when his drunken antics alienate Mary, and Kendall faces deceit as Porky Culligan steals their claim. Frank gains clarity, accepting Mary's true nature, while Kendall learns the harsh truths of frontier life.
Reporter J.B. Kendall makes friends with gold miners Frank and Charlie in Deadwood. When Frank and Charlie find gold, Frank loses his chance with Mary because he drinks too much and acts badly. Meanwhile, Porky Culligan tricks them and takes their gold claim away from them. Frank finally sees Mary for who she really is, and Kendall discovers how tough life can be on the frontier.
Frontier Gentleman is an American radio Western series originally broadcast on the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) radio network from February 2 to November 16, 1958, initially heard Sunday afternoons at 2:30 p.m. through March when it moved to 7 p.m.
