Description
When a severe dry spell hits an Osage Indian community in Kansas, a rainmaker shows up just when everyone has given up hope. His promise to bring rain draws crowds of farmers and news reporters to town, creating wild excitement and confusion that makes this funny tale about how people really act even more entertaining.
