Description
In Mulligan's Knob, postmaster Cyrus Huddleston fears losing his chance to see Mildred Slocum when the post office faces closure. He boosts mail volume through deceit, causing suspicion and distancing Mildred. Exposed deceit from a rival suitor leads to Cyrus's redemption and a renewed engagement with Mildred.
Sears Radio Theater was a radio drama anthology series which ran weeknights on CBS Radio in 1979, sponsored by the Sears chain. Often paired with The CBS Radio Mystery Theater during its first season, the program offered a different genre of drama for each evening's broadcast.
