Description
Ned and Jane Kesey are a young married couple living in a small town in America. Their world turns upside down when Jane begins talking only in rhyming words. Ned thinks it's funny at first, but soon realizes this strange new way of speaking is causing big problems in their daily life. Jane's brother-in-law tries to make money and get famous by showing off her weird talent, but in the end, the Keseys decide to turn away from all the attention and choose a quiet, normal life instead.
The Keseys, a young couple in a small American town, are thrown into chaos when Jane suddenly starts speaking in rhymes. At first, Ned finds this amusing, but as her speech affects their lives more deeply, he becomes increasingly concerned. Jane's brother-in-law peddles her oddity for fame, but they ultimately reject it for a simpler life.
Sears Radio Theater was a radio drama anthology series which ran weeknights on CBS Radio in 1979, sponsored by the Sears chain. Often paired with The CBS Radio Mystery Theater during its first season, the program offered a different genre of drama for each evening's broadcast.
