Stand-In for Murder

A puzzling tale about a man who kills his wife, then gets his girlfriend to pretend to be the dead woman while he builds his excuse for where he was. In a narrative work, suspense is the audience's excited anticipation about the plot or conflict, particularly as it affects a character for whom the audience feels sympathy.
