Description
A man trapped in a tense marriage with his domineering mother-in-law succumbs to the pressure and kills her. He hides her body in a trunk, but when it is mistakenly returned to him, he is confronted by his guilt and paranoia, which lead him to madness and confession. Adapted from a story by Charlotte Armstrong.
The Mysterious Traveler was an American media franchise created by Robert Arthur and David Kogan. All versions of the franchise focused on suspense and crime fiction, with occasional elements of horror or science fiction.
