CBS launched its first big radio drama show, with William Spier as producer and Paul Roberts as director. The series was made to turn the best modern stories and top plays from America's and the world's greatest writers into radio entertainment.
The Mysterious Traveler was an American media franchise created by Robert Arthur and David Kogan. All versions of the franchise focused on suspense and crime fiction, with occasional elements of horror or science fiction.
