In Washington D.C., 2020, a futuristic city buzzes with the hum of flying vehicles and advanced tech. Johnny Dixon, a spirited young engineer, works alongside Dr. Lee, a calm scientist at the spaceport. They eagerly await a spaceship carrying terrain gun from the Moon—a breakthrough in interplanetary travel. Luna City's Paul, an enthusiastic radio operator, routinely monitors cosmic signals. Together, they form a team dedicated to the Federated World Government’s space exploration.

In the year 2020, Washington D.C. has become a high-tech city filled with flying cars and cutting-edge machines. Johnny Dixon, an energetic young engineer, teams up with Dr. Lee, a steady scientist at the space station. They wait excitedly for a spacecraft bringing back a special terrain weapon from the Moon—a major step forward in traveling between planets. Paul, a cheerful radio worker from Luna City, keeps track of space signals every day. The three men work together as part of the Federated World Government's mission to explore outer space.

2000 Plus was an American old-time radio series that ran on the Mutual Broadcasting System from March 15, 1950, to January 2, 1952, in various 30-minute time slots. A Dryer Weenolsen production, it was the first adult science fiction series on radio, airing one month prior to the better-known Dimension X.
