Description
An action-packed western about the first Colt six-shooter, the California gold fields, and a double-crossing dance hall queen. This is the only time Gerald Mohr was the opening voice at the beginning of the program, and he mis-spoke the opening.
Jonathan Storm comes to Rawhide Flats to meet his mining partner, but discovers the partner has been killed and Bart Mallory has taken their claim. Storm wants revenge for the murder and plans to get the claim back, so he outsmarts Mallory, stays alive through attacks, and gains the help of Theresa Blake, a singer who works for the saloon owner.
Jonathan Storm arrives in Rawhide Flats to join a mining partner, only to find the partner is dead and the claim stolen by Bart Mallory. Seeking revenge for the murder and hoping to win back the claim, he outwits Mallory, survives ambushes, and wins the support of Theresa Blake, the saloon boss's singer.
Escape is an American radio drama. It was radio's leading anthology series of high-adventure radio dramas, airing on CBS from July 7, 1947 to September 25, 1954.
