Spotted Tails Return
Description
Spotted Tail has suddenly moved off the reservation with his whole tribe. Captain Quince and sixty troopers ride out after him to find out why.
Captain Lee Quince and his men find Fleet Bear's large Sioux camp. They learn Spotted Tail, known for peace, is moving his tribe. Quince wonders if Spotted Tail aims to join Fleet Bear. The captain plans to meet Spotted Tail to ask why he's leaving the reservation, hoping to stop any trouble before it starts.
Captain Lee Quince and his soldiers discover Fleet Bear's big Sioux village. They find out that Spotted Tail, who is famous for wanting peace, is moving his people. Quince thinks Spotted Tail might be planning to meet up with Fleet Bear. The captain decides to talk with Spotted Tail to find out why he left the reservation, wanting to prevent any problems before they begin.
Fort Laramie is a CBS Radio Western series starring Raymond Burr as Captain Lee Quince. It aired Sunday afternoons January 22–October 28, 1956, at 5:30 pm ET. Produced and directed by Norman Macdonnell, this Western drama depicted life at old Fort Laramie during the 19th Century. The 41 episodes starred Raymond Burr as Lee Quince, captain of the cavalry. One year later, Burr became a television star as Perry Mason.
