Description

A fire-obsessed man summons a burning spirit that terrorizes a little town. When fire-starters attack and the military takes control, his sister battles to rescue him from the ghostly woman who controls his body. He vanishes, leaving only a dancing flame behind as the town's spooky unsolved case.

A man obsessed with fire conjures a flame entity that wreaks havoc on a small town. As arsonists strike and martial law is declared, the man’s sister fights to save him from the spectral woman who has taken possession of him. He disappears, leaving a flickering flame to mark the town’s haunting mystery.

Lights Out is an American old-time radio program devoted mostly to horror and the supernatural. Created by Wyllis Cooper and then eventually taken over by Arch Oboler, versions of Lights Out aired on different networks, at various times, from January 3, 1934, to the summer of 1947 and the series eventually made the transition to television. Lights Out was one of the earliest radio horror programs, predating Suspense and Inner Sanctum, and was the first to gain a large following.
