While an escaped mental patient menaces his wife, an air traffic controller tries to bring in an aircraft in bad weather; and the plane is getting low on fuel.

An air traffic controller works to safely land a plane running out of fuel during a storm, while at the same time a dangerous mental patient who broke out of the hospital threatens the controller's wife.
