The story of the explorer who was second to arrive at the South Pole. He died, along with all his men, on the return journey.

A tale about the adventurer who reached the South Pole after someone else got there first. He and his entire team died while trying to get back home. This story was later made into an episode of "Suspense" that aired on February 28, 1956.
