"The Avenger" has killed five women, all of whom were wearing red. Two reporters and a policeman are invited to meet with the killer in an eerie chapel at midnight.

A killer called "The Avenger" has murdered five women who were all dressed in red. Two newspaper writers and a cop get asked to come meet the murderer at a spooky church when the clock strikes twelve. This tale was later made into a radio show on "Suspense" that aired on August 30, 1955.
