A man sees a dead body sitting in a chair in an apartment across the street. However, he's the only one who can see it!

A guy spots a corpse in a chair inside an apartment building across from his place. But nobody else can see the dead body except him! This story was already done on the radio show "Suspense" back on December 19, 1946.
