Murder Is My Business

A stressed radio writer, pushed hard by his demanding boss, puts poison in a piece of gum and gives it to his producer, who dies while broadcasting. Even though Phillips doesn't get caught, the murder haunts him and his guilt traps him in his own mind.

A man who writes scripts for radio shows gets fed up with his difficult boss, who produces detective programs and thinks the writer's work is terrible. The writer decides to prove his boss doesn't know anything about how to kill people.

A frustrated radio scriptwriter, under the pressure of an exacting producer, poisons a piece of chewing gum and offers it to his boss, who dies on the air. Although Phillips goes unpunished, he is haunted by his crime and becomes a mental prisoner of his own guilt.
