Philip Galled, by day a crime-fighting attorney, by night The Whisperer, struggles with his dual existence. His problems are intensified when the syndicate threatens Ace Trucking Company, which has refused their insurance offer. Galled, under his alias, boards a truck headed for California, determined to thwart the syndicate's plans.

Attorney Philip Galled fights crime in court during the day and becomes The Whisperer at night, but living two lives creates serious problems for him. Things get worse when a criminal organization targets Ace Trucking Company because the company won't buy their protection services. Using his secret identity, Galled gets on a truck traveling to California, planning to stop the criminals from carrying out their scheme.
