Martian Sam

Description

In this original fantasy, the Los Angeles Dodgers' new owner, Willie Castle, brings to the club from Mars a strange but gifted pitcher, Ceremo Castro, who has a 32-foot arm. The team's success at first creates legal complications, and the final game must be played against the Milwaukee Braves before the two sides can settle their differences.

The Los Angeles Dodgers sign a real Martian as a left-handed pitcher. He's got lots of arms, and one of them is thirty-two feet long! He's also a "klugel hunter," who's hooked on chewing gum!

Willie Castle becomes the new owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and recruits an unusual but talented pitcher named Ceremo Castro from Mars, who has an arm that stretches 32 feet long. The team starts winning games, but this success leads to legal trouble, and they must play one last game against the Milwaukee Braves before both teams can work out their problems.
