Mary Roth awakens old memories with her tales and presents. The patient doesn't know that thirty years back, mind doctor Hans von Fodor and his wife Lili von Fodor had to escape Hungary right after their wedding. Before they left Kispest, they hid twelve gold cups beneath a cherry tree and promised to return for them someday. Determined to make that promise come true, Mary pushes them into another hopeless search.
