Death and Desire

CBS Radio Mystery Theater "Death and Desire" is a Mystery from Monday, May 8, 1978.

Madame Melba, a former circus fat lady, and her husband Orville, a former circus human skeleton, now conduct sèances, usually for the very rich. Orville—the ghost, table rapper, musician, voice thrower, and so forth—does most of the work. After one very trying sèance, he becomes sick and dies, and a few days later returns as a real ghost to comfort his wife. Now she can claim without fear of contradiction that she has the capability of communicating with the dead.
