Henry Dawkins’ great artistic talents are directed toward one goal: printing his own version of George III’s legal tender. When his engraving operation lands him and friend Isaac Young in prison, they discover they serve time with a host of Tory sympathizers who are eager to use Henry’s ability for their own Loyalist cause: bringing George Washington to England in chains.
