Beyond the Barrier

CBS Radio Mystery Theater "Beyond the Barrier" is a Mystery from Monday, March 7, 1977.

Dr. Curry Harrow, a young research scientist, is seriously injured in a car accident. When he arrives at the hospital, he thinks he is still alive, yet he can’t communicate by voice or body movement with his surgeons or his friends and is pronounced dead. He is terrified by the series of experiences that he can’t explain—a floating sensation and strange communications with his father and his girlfriend, both dead. When he is led down a long dark passageway, he starts thinking that he, too, is now really dead.
